Terms of Service

Freestylez World provides digital tools and services designed to support media, content, channel, audience, and performance management.

Features may include dashboards, content analytics, audience insights, connected account management, reporting tools, media-management functionality, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Google and YouTube.

Features may be added, changed, improved, restricted, or removed as Freestylez World develops.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Freestylez World.

If you use Freestylez World on behalf of a company, organization, brand, creator, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that entity.

Certain Freestylez World features may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Freestylez World may allow you to connect accounts from third-party platforms, including Google and YouTube.

By connecting a third-party account, you authorize Freestylez World to access information permitted through the authorization process for purposes of providing the requested functionality.

You represent that you have the authority to connect any account you authorize Freestylez World to access.

You may revoke applicable permissions through Freestylez World, where available, or through the applicable third-party platform.

Certain Freestylez World functionality may utilize Google APIs and YouTube API Services.

By using features involving Google or YouTube, you acknowledge that your use may also be subject to Google's and YouTube's applicable terms, policies, and conditions.

Freestylez World does not control Google, YouTube, or other third-party platforms and cannot guarantee the continued availability of their APIs, services, data, or functionality.

Changes made by third-party providers may affect Freestylez World integrations.

You retain ownership of content and information that you own and connect, submit, or make available through Freestylez World.

Using Freestylez World does not transfer ownership of your underlying content to Freestylez Media Network.

You grant FMN the limited rights necessary to process, transmit, display, organize, and otherwise use your content and data solely as reasonably necessary to operate Freestylez World and provide requested services.

Freestylez World, including its software, interface, branding, designs, graphics, systems, databases, features, documentation, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Freestylez Media Network and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

The Freestylez World name, branding, logos, and associated marks may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Freestylez World's intellectual property to users.

You agree not to use Freestylez World to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Access accounts or information without authorization
• Circumvent authentication or security measures
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code
• Attempt to disrupt or damage the platform
• Scrape or extract data through unauthorized methods
• Reverse engineer the platform except where expressly permitted by law
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use Freestylez World for fraudulent or deceptive activities
• Abuse third-party APIs or connected services

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

Freestylez World may integrate with services operated by third parties.

Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies established by the applicable provider.

FMN does not control third-party services and is not responsible for outages, modifications, restrictions, data loss, API changes, or other actions attributable to third-party providers.

Certain Freestylez World features may be offered through paid subscriptions, memberships, packages, or other commercial arrangements.

Where paid services are offered, applicable prices, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, and other material purchasing information will be presented before purchase.

You authorize applicable charges when purchasing a paid service.

Additional billing, cancellation, refund, or subscription terms may be presented at the time of purchase and will form part of your agreement with us.

We work to maintain reliable access to Freestylez World but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical problems, security issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Analytics, statistics, reports, projections, recommendations, and other information displayed by Freestylez World may rely on information received from third-party platforms.

We cannot guarantee that third-party information will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Information provided through Freestylez World should not be considered financial, legal, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.

Freestylez World may make beta, preview, early-access, or experimental functionality available.

These features may contain errors, change without notice, operate differently than expected, or be discontinued.

Users acknowledge that beta and experimental features are provided for testing and evaluation purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access to Freestylez World where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, other users, third parties, or FMN, including in response to suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violations of these Terms.

Users may stop using Freestylez World at any time.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREESTYLEZ WORLD IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

FMN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT FREESTYLEZ WORLD WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FREESTYLEZ MEDIA NETWORK AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF FREESTYLEZ WORLD.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Freestylez Media Network and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of Freestylez World, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party's rights.

Your use of Freestylez World is also governed by the Freestylez World Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, accessed, processed, stored, and protected.

FMN may update these Terms as Freestylez World develops or as legal, regulatory, technical, or operational requirements change.

When material revisions are made, the Effective Date at the top of these Terms will be updated.

Continued use of Freestylez World following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Freestylez World will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any additional dispute-resolution terms presented to users.

These Terms, together with the Freestylez World Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented for specific services or features, constitute the agreement between you and FMN regarding your use of Freestylez World.
